"Really handy for saved addresses"
I mainly use thortful because the address book saves me a lot of hassle . Once I’ve put someone’s details in , I don’t have to trawl back through old texts every time a birthday or Christmas comes around .
If someone moves , it’s easy enough to change their address too . Checkout feels much quicker now , and there isn’t much more to it than that . It just works , and makes sending cards a bit less annoying

"I sent my friend a funny card..."
I sent my friend a funny card and, i was just hoping it would get a little laugh. Turns out she proper cracked up when it arrived, so that was a win. It also got there on time, which is always the bit I secretly worry about. All good from me.

"Quick and Simple, But I Was Nervous After Paying"
The process was quick and simple, which I appreciated. I’ll admit though, after I made the payment I felt a little unsure and started wondering if everything would go through properly. Thankfully, it all worked out fine in the end.

"Nice add-ons, just wish there were a few more options"
Not gonna lie, I was happy that I could add a little gift when ordering a card from thortful. I went for socks and chocolates, and it saved me having to place another order somewhere else.
The selection is decent for a quick extra present, but I did think some of the choices felt a bit limited depending on who the card was for.
Still, it was really easy to add on, everything arrived fine, and I’d use it again. I’d just love to see a few more gift options added.

"Found a cute card really fast"
I’ve bought cards from a few places before, and this was one of the easier experiences. There were loads of funny and cute options, and I found one I liked really quickly.

"Arrived on time"
The card came fast. I ordered it late, but it still got there in time. I was happy about that. I just wish the tracking had been a little clearer

"Nice card and good print quality"
Well... I ordered a birthday card and was really pleased with how it turned out. The print was clear, the colours looked pretty much like they did online, and the card itself felt decent quality rather than flimsy. I did think the finish could’ve been just a little sharper, but overall I’m happy with it and would definitely use them again.

I really liked how simple it was to add my own message and change the card a little. It made it feel more personal without taking forever. My mate found it funny too so I was well happy with it.

"So much nicer than the usual cards"
I really like that thortful works with independent artists. cards in most shops all look the same these days, so it feels much nicer choosing something a bit different and supporting smaller creators. There was loads to pick from, my card turned up fine, and I’d definitely use them again...

"Really handy for last-minute cards"
I’ve used thortful a few times now and the cards have always turned up when they said they would, even the last-minute ones made it there fine. It’s so handy because I’m terrible at remembering birthdays, this has saved me more than once!

"Refund handled ridiculously fast"
I had a problem with my order, but they sorted the refund so fast it was almost impossible to complain. No hassle, no back-and-forth, just handled. I’m 100% sure this was one of the easiest customer service experiences I’ve had.

I ordered a card and the tracking updates were really clear the whole way through. I could see when it was made, when it was sent, and when it was due to arrive, which was so handy! No digging through emails or wondering where it had got to. It arrived right on time too :) Nice, simple, and exactly what I needed

"I’m not the most patient person..."
I’m not the most patient person when it comes to forgetting stuff, especially cards, so these reminders have been a lifesaver. They do exactly what I needed and stop me from having to deal with that annoying last-minute panic again.
